About Booking

When can I make a booking?
You can make a booking 6 months before. Please make a booking from our booking page, or call +81-46-86-0810.
Please tell me about a booking cancellation charge.
A booking cancellation will be charged,
3-5 day before your stay is 30%,
2 day before your stay is 50%,
1 day before your stay is 80%,
Not coming is 100%.
Excluding cases where visits are impossible due to typhoons, natural disasters, etc., due to the suspension of public transportation and the closing of roads.
How much is the charge for children?

A child’s dinner/breakfast is provided with the menu for children.
When ordering the same menu as an adult, a charge is the same as an adult(100% of adult rates).

What other fee or tax is needed to stay?
Hot spring water tax (150 JPY) is needed if you are over 11 years old.
When should I pay the hotel fee?
Basically, at the time of check-out.
Is there any plan of the stay without dinner/breakfast?
We have plans of stay without dinner/breakfast. There are days when we do not sell. Please check on the reservation page.
Should I make the futon bed by myself?
In our hotel, considering your private private time still more, please help yourself to making the futon beds.
If necessary, please tell reception to make the futon beds.

About check-in, check-out

What time is the check-in time?
Check-in time is 15:00~18:00.(If you arrive after 18:00, please be sure to contact us.)
What time is the check-out time?
Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. next morning.Please acknowledge that reception is expected to be very crowded around check out time.
Is the credit card available?
VISA, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, UC, DC, NICOS, UFJ, SAISON, JACCS are available.The payment should be a lump sum payment.
Is the gift coupon available?
It is not available now.
Can I extend the check-out time?
Yes. The extension fee is 3,300 JPY per hour.However, please understand that it may be refused according to the reservation situation of the day.
Can I leave baggage before check-in?
Yes. After checkout on the previous day, we accept procedures for checking baggage and checking in.Please note that you will be entering the room from 15:00.
Can I park my car before check-in?
Yes. You may park your car after checkout time 11:00.

How many types of rooms do you have?
We have 5 types of rooms.
Superior Twin Room:1~3 people capacity = 31m²
Japanese Twin Room:1~2 people capacity = 31m²
Semi Suite Room:1~3 people capacity = 47m²
Suite Room:1~3 people capacity = 41~49m²
Special Suite Room:1~3 people capacity = 55~60m²
Do you have open-air bath in every room?
Sorry, we don’t have open-air bath in every room.
Superior twin room and Japanese twin room have a shower, semi suite room have a granite bath, suite room and special suite room have a semi-open-air bath.
Is the room’s semi-open-air bath hot spring?
Yes. The room’s semi-open-air bath is hot spring?
What about bedding in the case of 2 or more people?
We prepare the futon bed in your room. We regret to inform you that please help yourself to make the futon bed.
If necessary, please tell reception to make the futon beds.
Are there the bedding and the night clothes for children?
There is no preparation for bedding for child. If necessary, please use futon for adults. The night clothes for child prepare only middle size (120cm).
Do you have any smoking rooms?
The whole building is a non-smoking property. We have three smoking place outside the building.
Can I bring in drinks and foods?
Yes. Bringing drinks and foods is possible in places other than dining.
We have a microwave oven at 1 floor.
Can I use the Internet?
Internet is available in all rooms and lobby by free Wi-Fi. The radio waves are weak in some places.

What facilities do you have in the room?
We offer electric kettle, flat-screen TV (with satellite channels), alarm clock, hair dryer, linen, refrigerator, desk, shower, air conditioner, safe-deposit box, heating system, free toiletries, seating area, toilet, free Wi-Fi.Microwave oven, the DVD (video) player is not available.
What kind of bath amenities is in the room?
We offer bath towel, face towel, slippers, tea set, cup, glass, toothbrush, hairbrush, cosmetic cotton pad, cotton swab, headband, shaver, Japanese home-wear.

Where can I take the dinner?
Please enjoy creative Japanese cuisine at dining “Hayakawa”. The menu changes by the season.
Do you have some private room in the dining?
We are sorry, a private room is not available but a semi private room is available.In the case of group, please tell us about it by the phone.
Is the reservation possible in time for dinner?
Please choose the time for dinner at check-in.We can not accept it on the telephone.
What time can I eat dinner or breakfast?
Dinner: 18:00- or 19:30- (You may choose the time).
Breakfast: Please visit restaurant from 8:00 to 9:00 for breakfast.
What is the menu of breakfast?
We offer Japanese cuisine, 5 to 7 dishes.
Is there the allergic correspondence of the meal?
We are sorry but we do not accept any changes,substitutions or subtractions any menu items for any reason including religious, diet restriction, or personal preference.

Do you have the menu for children?
Yes, we have the menu for children.
Do you have some baby foods?
We do not have baby foods. Please bring them yourself. We can warm up your brought items. We also have a microwave oven on the first floor.
Can I have a lunch at your hotel?
We do not offer a lunch service. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Is your Bath hot spring?
Yes. Our bath is all hot spring.
Do you have a limitation of the number of bathing in the open-air bath?
No, we don’t have limitation. Please enjoy as many times as not to feel uncomfortable.
Should I make a reservation to use the private bath?
No, You don’t need to make a reservation to use the private bath.
What time can I use shared bath?
Open time of the shared bath is 15:00-24:00 / 6:00-10:00.
Do you have any saunas?
Yes, we have saunas for each, gentlemen’s shared bath and ladies’ shared bath.
What kind of bath amenities is in the shared bath?
We offer shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, hair brush, facial tissue, cotton swab, hair dryer, skin lotion, milky lotion, after-shave lotion, hair tonic for men.

Can you prepare a birthday cake, or a surprise present?
We can offer a cake and flowers with extra charge. Please call +81-460-86-0810 for the reservation.(Cake:Closed on 2020/4/1 – 7/15)
Do you have a wheelchair for rent?
Yes, we have wheelchairs for free rent. Please call +81-460-86-0810 for the reservation.(The number of wheelchairs is limited.)
Can I go to shared bath on wheelchair?
There is some steps to the the shared bath.
Free private bath “BOTAN” is wheelchair accessible.
Do I have to leave a tip?
No, you do not have to leave a tip.
